IMPORTANTE

 

Además de la exposición física de los pósteres en el Exhibition Hall, la organización ha habilitado el Aula Virtual de e-Póster, mediante la cual los asistentes inscritos podrán acceder a los e-Posters en la página del sitio web de la SDDN editada para el congreso.

 

FORMATO

 

e-Póster

 

• Fichero .PPT (Presentación de Power Point), .jpg o .pdf
• Dimensiones de 1.920 x 1.080 px. ó 67,73 x 38,1 cm.
• El póster no podrá exceder los 10 Megabytes
• Formato vertical.

 

Póster Impreso

 

Los paneles para colgar posters físicos tendrán la dimensión de 0,90x1,20m, vertical

 

INSCRIPCIÓN

 

Los e-posters deben enviarse a la Secretaría Técnica:

secretaria@sddn.es

Una vez enviado, se le confirmará su recepción y podrá consultarlo una vez subido en la web por si hubiera que subsanar cualquier error o cambio en el mismo.

 

Para ser aceptados, se deberá como mínimo enviar título y abstract, si bien es recomendable que se envíe el póster completo. La organización subirá al Aula Virtual solo la información enviada antes del tiempo límite indicado.

In addition to the physical posters display at the Exhibition Hall, attendees will be able to register their e-Posters. All registrants will have access to the e-Posters through the e-Poster Virtual Room that the organisation will enable at the SDDN web site.

SUBMISSION

 

e-posters will be sent to the Technical Secretariat:

Once submitted, the reception will be notified and the e-Poster will be available for viewing and editing by the author whenever necessary. 

 

To be accepted, authors should submit at least title and abstract. Nevertheless, it is recommended the submission of the full content. The organisation will only upload the information submitted before deadline.
